Throughout American history, racial inequalities in healthcare have profoundly impacted marginalized communities, specifically the Black community. In this workshop, we will be explore the complicated history of healthcare. Through discussions and interactive activities, we will engage in meaningful dialogue about the historical roots and modern day relevance of this topic. In doing so, we will gain a better understanding of how race influences access and quality of healthcare.
