Mental health can be influenced by many factors, one of them being music! Listening to and playing music regularly can have different effects on your mental health. Listening to music can be one of the healthiest activities you do all day! However, some styles of music and lyrics have also been shown to negativity affect depression and anxiety. As modern technology has progressed, society has also started to use music as therapy for all different ages.
